When spending these they must be spent all at once, meaning if you buy a $2 item with a $5 Extra Care Bucks you lose that remaining $3. Note these cannot be used on alcohol, postage, or prescriptions. Also some of these deals can be repeated and some cannot, it will state how many times you can earn the extra care bucks( typically 1, 2 or 4 times). Lastly these can expire typically after a month.

Coupon Rules

First thing to know, yes you can stack manufacturer and store coupons.

Which means if there is a BOGO and you have a manufacturer BOGO coupon you can get both free. The hierarchy so to speak is, manufacturer, CVS coupon, Extra Care Bucks, then CVS Percent off keep this in mind when couponing, it doesn't matter how they are given either. They won't let the balance go below zero, which means no they wont give you money for a negative balance.
